I'm in no big hurry anyways. Never a set due date. I just only want there to be 24 pages. More than that kinda gets to be annoying to keep track printing. We'll see what happens.

Well, I decided to make this the ad for Dexter Cockburn's "Cornhole Laff Parade" and also it shall be a good idea for the web page opener. I'm really gonna dig the new webpage set-up! It looks like it's gonna be fun to build. Learning more photoshop stuff and playing around. Had a good time doing this ad tho-here's a first take at it-

ButtRagMag in Girls and Corpses!

There are a few things i expect in life. I is to try to get by-2-hold down a job and 3-be able to still have fun and doo my lil projects. So, it's great to have these oppurtunities that come up like have the zine i've been working on for the past 7 years pop up in a mag such as Girls and Corpses! Yup-on the same page as Reach Around Rodeo Clowns! And on the page before is a nice parody ad by Jim Smith! If you don't rcognise Jim-he is an artist of the great Ren and Stimpy cartoons! Grab! Then we have our great ButtRagMag model in the summer issue of Girls and Corpses! I believe her ass really helped ol' Corpsey recognise the ButtRagMag!

It's a lot of fun to grab outta the reg and go into the world of something other. Yup, I do the Foragers for nothing other than to satisfy myself. I have always wanted to do something like this since I was a weee child and I aint pretending. I dont care anymore. I'll do this and than do ButtRag than do dead down in the gashground!

Hugo's cover

Here's Hugo's cover for #8. He asked me to do the honors of coloring it in for Girls and Corpses. I'm gonna sit on it for a day or 2 and also present it to Hugo to see what he says about the colors. Any opinions/suggestions? Maybe darken in some wrinkles? Some is photoshop and some is colored pencil. Grabs!

Yup-it's almost there! I might add a few more stars and some gold then get onto coloring the next cover. This is fun. Corpsey wants these covers colored in for some future issue of Girls and Corpses. He says he digs the zine-it's the shit! And it reminds him a bit of Zap comics! That means a bunch to me. I also just got a comment from Jim Smith of Ren and Stimpy about my 'Magic Butts'. He says he likes it! Wooohooo! That encourages me to draw more! Ya-i had just commented on his piece for Girls and Corpses and he noticed my icon and said he liked it! Welp, better get back to work!

I have this cover of the new Foragers. I think it's done, but who knows. Sometimes when I look at stuff later I wanna change it. I just finished the sketch of the story so I think the coloring and inkn should take a week or 2 before it's ready. It's been fun to work on. Sometimes taking me here then there with the story.

I called this one 'What about Barffy?" because some of the animals are trying to figure out the mystery of what happened to the humans and Barffy could be the key because he hang out with them a lot. So the adventure continues!

Was going threw some old notebooks with sketches and ideas for comics and found this. I guess this wasn't too long ago and it must have something to do with prostitutes since there is a little 'madame' floaty sketch there. Hmmm...may incorporate into the 'Crazy Lady Chronicles' somehow. Butt that is for a later project.

Fish Bar 2

Had to draw another scene coming from the Fish Bar. I thought of maybe changing the name of the bar for if it becomes a comic or whatnot. I tried a little bit of a different style with the main character, whom I will call....mmmm...Lassie? Lol!
It is fun drawing up the bubble trails. I may wanna get into underwater illustration. Must come from the fact that I'm a crab. Although I haven't really wished to swim much this summer.
I did foreget the cool ears on her this time, but I concentrated on the fishtail hairdo.
The action, as you may see is that she is swishing her tail at her lustful onlooker in a 'come hither' sort-of fashion. And he is in disbelief that she beckoned him and debating on getting on with her. What will she do? Take all his money? What does she really want with the old fishman?

Strip Fire pg 2 color

I notice that the colors change a bit after the page has been scanned. For example the tiger's eyes are suppose to be bright green. I may fiddle with photoshop with this at some point. This has started a whole shoot of ideas for the Crazy Chronicles or should I outright call it the 'Crazy Lady Chronicles' the strip club that I worked at for like 7 years. All the stories aren't gonna be exactly what happened and the stage names might be changed. he! He! Of course, I can't remember exactly what happened, but they will be based on those stories there. The club no longer exists also-so it should be called the "Crazy Lady Chronicles"! But I have to work on the 'Foragers' second issue and BRM #9's Bonerators-for the moment and put down the 'Crazy Lady Chronicles'. Ahhh...all this comic drawing is fun. This is what I like to do in my spare time! Listen to records and draw-of course, when I'm not working at my real job! WeeT!

Strip Fire pg 1 color

Really trying to get into more comic stories. I always thought it'd be more interesting to put some past experiences into comic form. This one was based on a girl that I remember from back in my stripper days-I only added a bit of crazyness to it-as will be seen on the second page. I do need to brush up on my handwriting, butt for this I needed to go though my stages of wacky imperfection. I have to say I'm not really into perfection. Now I wanna go looky at some comics! WeeT!

I'll stick with this one, I think. I did screw around a little with photoshop, but just on a little area. I tried using some photoshop color but was displeased. My handstroke isn't as controlable and I need a certain texture to color the blood in the water. So grab!

Ren & Stimpy - Last Temptation

Cool! Today I got asked to do the cover for the next Absent Cause! Wee! This issue is gonna be about survival! Through child abuse-sex abuse-drug abuse-how you coped with the issues and also other ways of surviving abuses growing up whether it being that you were gay, fat , black, white, hispanic...or any race, color, creed, religion! Quite a zine this one will be! I have been enjoying the Death , Dying and Undead issue very much and still reading the Duality issue which has some great articles and interviews-art and literature from all sorts of people. I am in the Death, dying and Undead issue with a couple of drawings. Gosh, what to come up with for a drawing for the cover!? I have ideas flashing! And my story of child abuse-shit! I'll try not to make it too long! This could be very theraputic! If my mother got a hold of this.....ah..well, she still hasn't made an effort to talk to me. I'm tired of making the effort anymore, especially after the lies. But I should go into all this in the zine!

Parody

Welp, this one is pretty graphic and gross, butt I had to put it up! My brother told me about the concept when we were hanging out. Even though we are quite different in a lot of ways(he is a martial artist and use to cage fight and a family man-I'm not) we find that we can bothe be disgusting! He told me about what 'butterscotch' was. I ran with it and made this ad that will obviously be in ButtRagMag#8. I also had a real good go at trying out my Bamboo tablet of which I keep attempting to use, but have a hard time getting use to due to my old fashion ways. The screen to tablet thing kinda throws my hand off a bit. Then there is the color and shading deal of which I'm use to blending with colored pencil and pen. Anyway, this is the way this turned out-

Coloring

So I colored it in. Well, the first page here. The Bonerators are sick so they are an off color. I may touch it up more-possibly with photoshop?

I'm having trouble coloring the second page because I want them to each be a different color, but what colors? A pink, a black and a brown? Does that sound rascist? As a b/w comic I guess they are all white? Or should they be purple, blue and yellow? I guess that wouldn't be too bad. And do the pussy the same way? I can see now I need to throw some more green on 'em! Maybe shade in lettering more. Grabby grabby!

Bonerators-Amazon Pussytime

Thinking about doing some color on the Bonerators finally. Not only does the art of Dexter Cockburn who did the cover of BRM#5 inspire me to do so-

Butt the fact that I could also submit some stuff to Hustler Humor! He! He! Plus the whole deal with Girls and Corpses asking to put BRM in G&C! I got a free ad in a big magazine! It's really doo-doo to Dex's eyecatching cover to the right here that was on my myspace page. Spank-you, Dex! Anyway, we are gonna be in Girls and Corpses summer issue of 2010! Cool beans! Can't wait to see the copy! Stuff like this makes me wanna work a bit harder on my fun stuff like drawing. Also when I visited the Staples Expo and saw the table with the 2 artists of Huster Humor. I have bad social skills so I didn't say anything. Just bought a 'Gross Gags' and a 'Hustler Humor'. Good stuff-make me giggle! Grab! Better get back to work.

So I've finally finished my Foragers comic! It's 13 pages(not counting the cover) and it's in full color. Well, there will also be a black and white version. I already have a couple people interested in copies! Yay! One is going to Portland, Me. I use to live there, but never met this person. And the other is wanted by my tattoo artist Karen! Now Karen! She is an absolutely wonderful artist and person and I'm hoping she will be pleased with me. I have already shown a few people and have gotten praise! I'm so glad I did it! My first comic. I mean I do the Bonerators in ButtragMag butt that is not on it's own! I think someday, though, Bonerators will have it's own book with all the episodes thrown together.

That reminds me...that's what I have to work on next! ButtRagMag #8! Hugo got the cover covered for me and I also got a lot of donated material so all I really got to do is draw up Bully the Bullshitter and the Bonerators comic then throw all the other shit together. I did want to do a little story about Stubb's bathroom, butt I don't know-we'll see about that. What if I get fired for publishing all the poopy hardshits and the fart closet! It does make for a great story! At some point I do think I'm gonna go through and tidey up all the ButtRags-fix all the cut-offs with the margins and all and spice up some Bonerators that didn't really look that great. Maybe start on that after #8 or #9? Of course, the mag is suppose to be shitty that's why I just said "fuck it" and let it be all cut-off and blah like that!

There is a zine meet dealy in this here town on March 6th! Poopsheet is going to be there! Coolio! It'll be my first zine dealy I've ever been to. I'll keep a low profile and just put my zine in the bathroom, of course. I wanna look for any smut zines or crazy comic zines. It should be fun. I mean, I can appreciate all zines, but I really can't get into the seriously intelligence of any or any PC snobbery or whatnot. I know like in any social situation I get all nervous and can't really talk of anything anyway, well, sometimes I won't care and say anything stupid as I can! Ha! ha! Well, I should get going now! Should write in here more about important stuff, huh?
